Weaving Technician/ Tuner/Overlooker

Hours: Weekly Rotating shift pattern: 6.00am-2.00pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)/ 2.00pm-12.00am Monday to Thursday (38 hours per week)

Annual salary: from £28,000

We are seeking an experienced Weaving Technician/ Tuner to join our Weaving department to support the following:

• Maintenance and general fixing of looms- Dornier/Sulzer/Air Jet (Dornier)
• Diagnosing mechanical problems
• Setting/ programming weaving looms- understanding designs
• Training of apprentice technicians
• Day to day running of the shift
• People management responsibilities
• Loom planning
