Manufacturing to the exacting requirements of industry
Each cloth is designed and precision engineered to fulfil a specific role within the piano – from supporting the smooth movement of the pin, right through to the cushioning of the hammer. Our ISO9000 status and strict quality control processes enable us to manufacture cloths to tolerances of just 0.05mm. As a trusted partner, we often work alongside our customers to tailor our cloths to meet their own manufacturing specifications.
Our in-house conversion facility
In our Technical Conversion centre, we have the capability to cut any qualities of fabric into washers, circles, strips and more. Converting the cloth into a component part means it is ready to go straight into your production line, saving you precious time and money.
