Rob has over 10 years experience leading and working with a wide range of teams at a Senior Management and Executive level. He is a dynamic business leader who has driven increased business performance and positive cultural change.
He is well regarded for his honesty and integrity, as well as the enthusiasm and energy he brings to the business.
Phil Atherton
Commercial Director
Phil has spent over 35 years in commercial and sales roles spanning Drinks, Textiles, Ceramics and Gifting, selling and managing teams across the UK and globally. He has operated at board level for 25 years and enjoys the challenge of opening new customers.
Phil is known as a calm, positive and open leader who can identify opportunities and build teams to deliver them. He is a team player and committed to having the best sales team in our industry.
Lee Martin
Financial Director
Lee has spent the past 30 years in finance, working in sectors ranging from chemical manufacturing to machine tool production. In 2022 he began working at AW Hainsworth, bringing his years of experience to the textiles industry.
Having worked for global companies as well as smaller SMEs, Lee has extensive technical financial knowledge across a wide range of markets and businesses. Priding himself on his integrity and attention to detail, Lee is known as a focused and driven Financial Director.
