Transport interiors from the home
of textile innovation

We create bespoke, high-performance fabrics that not only deliver aesthetically, but that also offer remarkable durability and consistency. Wherever you’re heading, Replin by Hainsworth is a travelling companion you can trust.

Design

The production of Replin fabrics is driven by design. Working out of our own dedicated studio, our skilled design team work with you to bring your brief to life. It’s a highly collaborative process and it means that together we can create, prototype and replicate the highest quality fabrics, reinforcing your brand and enhancing the experience for travellers.

Consistency

Whether we’re creating bespoke fabrics for a new interior scheme or reproducing patterns for refitting or refurbishment, consistency is the key. With full support throughout the production process from our in-house Quality Assurance Department you can be confident in our ability to deliver the highest quality, consistently, every time.

Standards and compliance

Complete compliance with current international safety standards is our ticket to board. At Replin, all our interior fabrics meet and exceed the latest international industry standards. Fabrics are rigorously tested at our in-house UKAS-accredited laboratory to ensure compliance at every stage of the manufacturing process. And, we continuously review our processes to make sure they continue to conform as customer and international standards evolve.

Sustainability

As a supplier to the transport industry, it’s good to know that at Replin, and across the wider AW Hainsworth group, we are committed to reducing or impact and operating sustainably. This covers our products, for example our Steadfast collection which uses undyed wool and alpaca, thus reducing waste from dyeing. Also, our processes, which we review constantly to manage energy and water consumption and reduce waste. The details of our sustainability journey are published every year in our Sustainability Report, a statement of our shared belief in a better future, not just for transport, but for everyone.
