AW Hainsworth Strengthens Global Growth Strategy with Two New International Sales Manager Appointments
2nd June 2026
AW Hainsworth is pleased to announce the appointment of two new International Sales Managers as the company continues to strengthen its global presence across transport interiors, apparel and furnishing fabrics.
The appointments of Tom Anderton and Lauren Hill reflect our continued investment in international growth, long-term customer partnerships and sector diversification.
Tom Anderton joins the business to support the expansion of Replin by Hainsworth, our specialist transport interiors brand. Bringing extensive experience in aviation and business development, Tom will focus on growing international accounts and strengthening Replin’s position within the global aviation and rail interiors markets.
Replin by Hainsworth has established a strong reputation for designing and manufacturing premium performance fabrics for aircraft and rail interiors, combining technical innovation with luxury aesthetics and sustainability-led manufacturing.
Lauren Hill joins AW Hainsworth to drive growth across our apparel and interiors divisions in both UK and international markets. Lauren brings valuable experience from previous roles within the bedding and interiors industries, positioning her well to support our growing presence within the furnishing and home interiors sectors.
Lauren’s appointment also aligns with another important milestone for the business following our recent membership of the National Bed Federation. Joining the NBF reflects our growing commitment to the bedding and mattress sector, where demand continues to rise for high-performance, sustainable and traceable textile solutions.
As suppliers and manufacturers across the bed industry place increasing emphasis on sustainability, product transparency and natural fibres, AW Hainsworth’s expertise in wool-rich fabrics positions us strongly within this evolving market. Lauren has already begun engaging with industry leaders through NBF events, representing the business in conversations around sustainability, product safety and responsible sourcing.
These appointments come at a time of continued momentum for both AW Hainsworth and Replin by Hainsworth, with ongoing investment in innovation, international partnerships and sustainable textile development. Replin recently unveiled a refreshed visual identity alongside continued advancements in naturally dyed and biodegradable transport fabrics, reinforcing our long-term commitment to innovation, craftsmanship and responsible manufacturing.
With more than 240 years of textile heritage behind us, AW Hainsworth continues to evolve its global offering while remaining firmly rooted in British manufacturing excellence. The addition of Tom Anderton and Lauren Hill further strengthens our ability to support customers across international aviation, interiors, apparel and furnishing markets.
